Who can use the Maplesoft Customer Center?

This service is available to customers who purchase their products directly from Maplesoft. If you purchased your product from a Maplesoft Partner, please contact your Maplesoft Partner for assistance.

This service is currently not available for Maple Student Edition or other Student product customers. If you are a student and require assistance, please contact Maplesoft Customer Service.
